The NACC Refugee Support Team will be engaged in supporting government sponsored refugees (through Immigration Services Society of BC) and refugee claimants (through Journey Home Community). The immediate need is for housing. Housing has been difficult to find because the families arriving have an average of five to six members. Some families number 10 or more people. Please let Andy or one of the deacons know of any available rental housing in the Lower Mainland area.
