We are pleased to provide our full time and hard working pastor with some well deserved time off this summer! Council has approved his request for the following: 
  • 2 weeks of Sabbatical taken as time to rest: June 26-July 9
  • 3 weeks Vacation: July 10-July 30
  • 2 weeks of Sabbatical taken as time to study: August 21 - September 3
During these weeks, please contact the elders with any pastoral or spiritual needs/concerns, and the deacons with any practical or other needs. 
We have arranged for guest pastors to join us as follows:
  • July 2 - Bill Tuninga
  • July 9, 16, 23, 30 - David Miedema will be preaching a series called "The Jesus we find in Mark"
  • August 28 - Calvin Weber
  • September 3 - Calvin Weber 
We will miss having Pastor Jo as a lead part of our weekly worship services, however we encourage him to take this time for rest, refreshment, learning and family recreation. Please pray with us that God would bless him during these weeks off, and that God would equip us to provide any needed pastoral guidance for our congregation in his absence.
